Royal Center Suites is a villa in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, 1.4 km from the centre, with private villas from one to four bedrooms, a rooftop swimming pool and a sun terrace. Each villa has its own private entrance, an air-conditioned living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchenware, so families and groups can cook for themselves.

The largest unit, the Four-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool, covers 212 m² and sleeps up to eight, with three bathrooms and a pool with a view. Three of the villas have a private pool, and all guests share the rooftop swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fitness centre. A family-friendly restaurant serves lunch, dinner and high tea, with sushi on the menu, and the front desk is staffed around the clock.

The setting is central: the War Remnants Museum is a short walk away, and cafés and restaurants are within 100 m. Reviews praise the friendly staff, who handle keys and questions at any hour. The main drawbacks are the small private plunge basins, which some guests find hard to reach, and rates that some guests consider high for what they get.

Royal Center Suites rents six villa types rather than standard rooms, and every one has its own private bathroom, air conditioning, a kitchen and a flat-screen TV. Sizes run from the 75 m² Deluxe Villa to the 212 m² Four-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool, so you can choose a compact unit for two or a full villa for a large family. Beds range from a single super-king bed to combinations of king and super-king beds.

The three villas with a private pool have two, three or four bedrooms and sleep up to eight, with a pool with a view. The three villas without a pool have one or three bedrooms, and the smaller ones have a balcony or terrace that looks onto an inner courtyard. The Deluxe and Superior Villas are one-bedroom units for two guests, with soundproof walls, and only the Superior adds a washing machine.

The property has a sun terrace with sun loungers, a garden, a sauna, a steam room, a fitness centre and a public bath, all shared by guests. A restaurant, room service, grocery deliveries and a minibar cover meals and snacks, and the lift serves the upper floors.

A 24-hour front desk, concierge service, daily housekeeping, luggage storage, a tour desk, car hire, ironing service and dry cleaning are available, and the airport shuttle is paid.

Each villa has a dining table, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware, a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, a bidet, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Free WiFi covers all areas. Private parking on site is paid, at VND 150,000 per day, and needs a reservation.

Royal Center Suites is on Điện Biên Phủ street in District 3, a leafy residential area of Ho Chi Minh City with cafés and small restaurants. Kyo Watami Grill & Sushi and Cơm Tấm Thuận are each 50 m away, Bún Riêu Nhà is 100 m away, and three cafés lie within 100 m, among them Cà Phê Serenata - Khúc Ban Chiều at 50 m and Highlands Coffee Lê Quý Đôn at 100 m.

The property is 1.4 km from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. Saigon Railway Station is 1.3 km away, the Bến xe Sài Gòn bus station 1.5 km, and Tan Son Nhat International Airport 4.1 km. Ben Thanh Station, on Metro Line 1, is also 1.5 km away, so the metro is close to the property on foot or by short taxi ride.
